Overview

Your order will be processed the next business day after receipt and we post out on a Monday and Friday of every week. You will be sent a tracking number when the order has been dispatched.  

Within Australia shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order, and free shipping for orders over $150.

Every order is sent via Australia Post express post service, please allow between 2-4 business days.

For international orders, please contact us at hello@moochpjs.com.au for approximate time frames and shipping costs. Applicable duties and taxed for your shipping destination must be covered by the customer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 466 Wilson Street, Albury NSW 2640.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and mooch is not responsible for any parcels that may go missing in transit.
